CueHit partners with with Jeffcom 911 to automate citizen engagement and feedback from the community.

CueHit is excited to announce that we will be working with Jeffcom 911, in Jefferson County, Colorado, to provide community engagement and citizen connection technology for their Emergency Communications Center (ECC).

 Jeffcom 911 is the newest state-of-the-art ECC in Colorado providing dispatch services for 24 law and fire agencies, including Arvada Police, Golden Police and Fire, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Lakewood Police, Wheat Ridge Police, Arvada Fire, Evergreen Fire Rescue, and West Metro Fire. The center processes nearly 750,000 calls for service each year.

 CueHit provides a technology platform that automatically texts satisfaction surveys to citizens after an interaction with emergency services, sends pre-arrival and post-response instructions to 911 callers and uses feedback to help improve the morale of Emergency Communications Centers staff and Law Enforcement agencies.
